Assistant Receptionist

Sapient Hunt is looking for an Assistant Receptionist to join its team in Thane West, Mumbai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

What the job involves

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
