A new Receptionist role is open at Sarthi Vahan & Vijaya Enterprises, Vashi, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic accounting, MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, dependable attitude
