Customer Support Executive

Saumic Craft Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Jagatpura, Jaipur. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Target achievement, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
