Raising Funds For Medical,Education Support And For Also Providing Daily Meals,Sanitary Pads Etc.Maintain Complete And Orderly Records Of Donors And Manage Regular Donor Relationships.Build Upon Existing Donor Relationships And Form New Donor Relationships On A Regular Basis. Type : Inbound, Outbound

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Fundraiser Process, your work will include:

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
