Sbi Insurance wants to bring on a Business Development Manager (Bdm) for its Davangere team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager (Bdm), your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Lead generation, CRM and Local market knowledge
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, confident attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
