What you get

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Outbound, Sales and Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
