You Would Be Doing The Following :-1) Coordination With The Service Engineers For Servicing The Client2) Supply Chain Of Water Treatment Chemicals3) Making Proposal For Prospective Clients. Contract Renewals Of New Client. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Active listening, CRM tools
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, patient attitude
