Dispatch Co-Ordinator (Bulk): Co-Ordinating With Relevant Transporters To Find Appropriate Vehicles Follow-Up With Transporters/Drivers To Ensure Vehicles Report On Time At Port Of Loading Getting Regular Updates About The Loading Process Post Receipt Of Loading Details, Ensuring Proper Documentation Along With Vehicle For Ease. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Dispatch Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, dependable attitude
