Search with Mind is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Vasai Road East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, Recruitment, MS Excel, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented
