Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, Documentation and Customer acquisition

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
