Position: Payment Collection Executive We Are Looking For A Payment Collection Executive For Our Manufacturing Company. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Calling Customers Regarding Outstanding Payments And Sending Timely Reminders Before And After The Due Date. Follow Up With Customers For Payment Status And Coordinate For Cheque, Cash Or Online Payment/Transfer Details. Maintain And Update Customer-Wise Outstanding Payment Records In Excel And Calculate Pending/Outstanding Amounts. Update Payment And Cheque Details Accurately In The Company Software/System. Coordinate With The Accounts Team And Handle Occasional Field Visits For Payment Collection. Good Communication And Basic Computer/Excel Knowledge Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Gujarati

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi

• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
