We Are Looking For An Hr Executive To Handle Recruitment And Hr Operations For Our Collection Process Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Sourcing, Screening, And Onboarding Candidates As Well As Managing Employee Records And Coordination With The Operations Team.Responsibilities:End-To-End Recruitment For Collection Executives. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll and Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
