Managing Payment And Delivery Of Customer Orders.Handling Customer Concerns And Complaints In A Timely Mannerinforming Customers Of Upcoming Promotions Or Deals.Maintain Detailed Records Of Customer Interactions, Feedback, And Transactions Log All Calls And Support Tickets In Crm Software Or Helpdesk Systems Generate Reports On Recurring Issues. Languages : English, Marathi, Hindi

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.
