The Hr Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing All Aspects Of Human Resources Practices And Processes. You Will Support Business Needs And Ensure The Proper Implementation Of Company Strategy And Objectives Through Hr Initiatives. This Role Includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Compliance, And Performance Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Screening, HRMS and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
