Recruit And Onboard Insurance Advisors / Agents, Train And Support Advisors To Sell Life Insurance Products, Help Advisors Generate Leads And Close Sales, Achieve Monthly And Yearly Sales Targets, Maintain Good Relationships With Advisors And Customers, Monitor Advisor Performance And Provide Guidance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Financial products, Compliance and KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹23,500 – ₹29,500 per month.
