Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Financial products, Customer acquisition, KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and ethical

What you get

Salary: ₹23,800 – ₹30,500 per month, based on skills and experience.
