Key responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,880 – ₹27,880 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: KYC, Customer acquisition, MS Excel, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and detail-oriented
