Shakti Enterprises is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Turbhe, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment and Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
