Employee One-On-One Mentoring Towards Participating In Growth. Employee Grievance Redressal. Payroll Management. Salary Working & Coordination With Consultancy. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, MS Excel, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and good communicator
