Sharda engineering works wants to bring on an Hr And Admin Officer for its Vasai Road East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics and Recruitment
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude
