Business Development Officer (Bdo)

Shashwatlaxmi Urban Nidhi Ltd is looking for a Business Development Officer (Bdo) to join its team in Sangvi, Pune. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Business Development Officer Responsible For Promoting Deposit Products Such As Fd, Rd, Mis, And Daily Deposit (Pigme). Key Duties Include Acquiring New Customers, Achieving Sales Targets, Maintaining Client Relationships, Collecting Daily Deposits, Ensuring Proper Documentation, And Supporting Branch Growth Through Field Visits & Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Customer handling, Target achievement, Local market knowledge, CRM
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, self-motivated attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
