Promotes Banking Product Loans, Credit Cards Or Handles Customer Service /Collection Via Phone. Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What we are looking for

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
