The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Resolving Queries Related To Shipments, Deliveries, Pickups, Returns, Tracking, And Account-Related Issues Through Calls, Emails, And Other Communication Channels. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Kannada, Hindi, English

• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada and Outbound

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
