Shiv Enterprise is looking for an Executive Hr to join its team in Andheri, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, HRMS, MS Excel, Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and confidential

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
