Office Assistant

A new Office Assistant role is open at Shivam Constructions, Vile Parle East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office, Record keeping
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude
