To Prepare, Type, And Format Official Proposals, Letters, And Documents In Ms Word And Ms Excel As Per Prescribed Office Format.To Compile And Maintain Proposal Files With All Required Enclosures And Supporting Documents.To Maintain Proper Records Of Inward And Outward Proposal Files, Both In Physical And Digital Form.To Coordinate With Field / Door Office Staff For Status Updates Regarding Movement Of Proposal Files.To Follow Up With Concerned Departments For Approvals, Signatures, And Clarifications Related To Proposals.To Make Necessary Corrections, Revisions, And Updates In Proposal Documents As Instructed By Senior Officers.To Ensure Timely Submission And Tracking Of Proposal Files Until Final Approval.To Maintain Confidentiality Of Official Records And Documents. Marathi Typing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | > 30 WPM Typing Speed

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• You are dependable and detail-oriented
