Shivraj Fashion is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Dadar, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Record keeping, MS Office and Typing
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• An organised, dependable attitude
