Shivshakti Properties And Holdings is looking for a Real Estate Consultant / Agent to join its team in Vikhroli East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Handling Property Inquiries And Client Follow-Upsscheduling Site Visits And Coordinating With Ownersmanaging Documentation (Kyc, Agreements, Token Receipts, Etc.)Assisting In Negotiations Between Buyer/Tenant And Ownercoordinating With Advocates For Agreement Drafting And Registrationmaintaining Property Listings And Updating Social Media/Portalstracking Payments, Brokerage, And Transaction Recordsproviding Post-Deal Support Until Possession/Handover. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | B2C | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Your responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of B2c and Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• B2C
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone target-driven and persuasive
