Import Export Executive

Shobhnath Papers Llp is looking for an Import Export Executive to join its team in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key Responsibilities:Handle End-To-End Import Process Prepare And Verify Import Documentswork With Cha (Custom House Agent) For Customs Clearance Track Shipments And Ensure Timely Delivery Handle Port Documentation And Clearance Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What you get

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing, Email etiquette, MS Office and Basic accounting
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
