Shree Balaji Mandir is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in Borivali West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As an Hr Manager, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Payroll, Screening, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised
