Catering Manager

A new Catering Manager role is open at Shree Mahalaxmi Catrering, Charni Road East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Oversee Operations In Hotels, Restaurants, Or Event Spaces To Deliver Excellent Service. Manage Staff, Coordinate Budgets, And Ensure Compliance With Standards. Implement Strategies To Improve Guest Satisfaction And Business Performance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• You will resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• You'll keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• You will maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Food & beverage service, Guest service, Communication, Billing / POS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
