Shree Swami Samarth Patients Seva is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Kalyan West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹14,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and detail-oriented

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
