Shree Vinkateshwara is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Malad East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Receiving Calls, Attending Visitors, Maintaining Clients Records. You Need To Arrange Meeting And Also Keep All Of Sirs Data Properly Maintain. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
