A new Office Administrator role is open at SHREE YASH coaching, Chunabhatti, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

What you will do

As an Office Administrator, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude
