Responsible For Supervising Daily Warehouse Operations, Preparing And Managing Bills And Invoices, Monitoring Staff Tasks And Work Schedules, Handling Goods Receiving And Dispatch, Maintaining Inventory Records, Ensuring Proper Storage And Movement Of Goods, And Coordinating Day-To-Day Warehouse Activities Efficiently. Basic Excel, Inventory Management, MS Word, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Inventory Management, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Good English
