What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

You will be paid ₹21,500 – ₹25,000 per month.

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil
