Your responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹21,500 – ₹27,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Good English
