What you get

Salary: ₹25,500 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Mutual Funds, Outbound and Real Estate
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
