• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound
• Good English
