Key responsibilities

As a Customer Care Officer, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹21,500 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Good English
