Maintain And Track Inquiries Received From Various Customers, Ensuring Timely Response And Coordination. Prepare And Submit Accurate Quotations Based On Customer Requirements And Specifications. Generate Purchase Orders (Pos). Monitor Order Status And Proactively Follow Up With Vendors To Ensure Timely Delivery. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Purchasing Coordinator, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
