Greet And Welcome Guests That Come To The Office Premises In A Friendly & Professional Manner. Direct Visitors To The Appropriate Person. Answer, Screen, And Forward Incoming Phone Calls. Ensure The Reception Area Is Tidy And Presentable. Manage Appointments. Receive And Keep Records Of All Mail And Couriers And Hand It Over To Concerned Persons. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, Email etiquette, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
