The Hr Operations & Executive Assistant Will Be Responsible For End-To-End Hr Operations And Direct Executive Support To The Managing Director. The Role Focuses On Hands-On Execution, People Coordination, Documentation, Follow-Ups, And Ensuring Discipline Across Resort Operations, While Also Supporting The Md In Daily Task Tracking & Communication. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and good communicator
