We Are Looking For A Gujarati-Speaking Loan Process Executive To Manage Loan Application Processes And Assist Customers Throughout Their Loan Journey. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Customer Communication, Document Verification, Application Processing, And Coordination With Internal Teams To Ensure Timely Loan Approvals. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, English

Key responsibilities

As a Gujarati Loan Process Executive, your work will include:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
