What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Compensation

The salary for this internship is ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS and Labour law basics
• Basic English
