We Are Looking For A Motivated And Customer-Focused Telecom Loan Process Executive To Handle Customer Interactions And Assist With Loan-Related Processes Over Calls. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Explaining Loan Services, Verifying Customer Details, Maintaining Records, And Ensuring Smooth Communication With Clients. Languages : Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
