Support On Printer/ Scanner Issues, Support On Basic Software Issues. Handle Networking (Also Wifi), Basic Knowledge On Firewall And Monitoring Of Firewall. Experience On Cctv/ Access Systems. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer Repair, Networking

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Monitor uptime and perform routine maintenance
• You will troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and user issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers and network devices
• Support users on-site and remotely
• You will manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and access control.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Computer Repair and Networking
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Computer Repair, Networking
• You are responsive and patient with users
