Support End Users Using Windows Desktop/ Laptop. Experience On Windows 10/ 11, Support On Ms 365, Ms Office, Outlook. Experience On Google Workspace. Support On Printer/ Scanner Issues, Support On Basic Software Issues. Handle Networking (Also Wifi), Basic Knowledge On Firewall And Monitoring Of Firewall. Experience On Cctv/ Access Systems. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: IT support, Hardware troubleshooting, Windows / Linux, Networking
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll keep asset inventory and documentation up to date.
• Install, configure and maintain computers and network devices
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and access control
• Support users on-site and remotely
