The Role Involves Understanding The Customers Financial Situation, Advising Suitable Debt Solutions, And Guiding Them Through The Application Process. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, International | Languages : English, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, International, Malayalam, Sales, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
