Serves As The Public Face Of An Organisation, Managing The Front Desk And Handling Daily Administrative And Clerical Tasks, Overtime Will Be Paid. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Data entry, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Day-to-day work

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
